Centre for Evidence Based Medicine
The goal of this website is to help develop, disseminate, and evaluate resources that can be used to practise and teach EBM for undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing education for health care professionals from a variety of clinical disciplines. CINAHL Plus (Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature)
Provides authoritative coverage of the literature related to nursing and allied health. Virtually all English-language publications are indexed along with the publications of the American Nurses Association and the National League for Nursing.  The database also provides access to healthcare books, nursing dissertations, selected conference proceedings, standards of professional practice, educational software and audiovisual materials in nursing.
Clinical Examination Research Interest Group
Ongoing research and clinical information about the physical examination from the Society of General Internal Medicine.  Includes Rational Clinical Examination series.

ClinicalTrials.gov
Provides regularly updated information about federally and privately supported clinical research in human volunteers.

Cochrane Collaboration
The Cochrane Collaboration is an international, non-profit, independent organisation, established to ensure that up-to-date, accurate information about the effects of healthcare interventions is readily available worldwide. It produces and disseminates systematic reviews of healthcare interventions, and promotes the search for evidence in the form of clinical trials and other studies of the effects of interventions.

Cochrane Library
Reliable and up-to-date information on the effects of interventions in health care.  The gold standard for evidence based medicine.

DailyMed
Provides high quality information about marketed drugs.  Includes FDA approved labels (package inserts).  Provides standard, comprehensive, up-to-date medication content and labeling as found in medication package inserts.  At the present time, this Web site does not contain a complete listing of labels for approved prescription drugs.  Currently this Web site contains 4326 approved prescription drugs.

EBM Online
Surveys a wide range of international medical journals applying strict criteria for the quality and validity of research.  Practicing clinicians assess the clinical relevance of the best studies.  The key details of these essential studies are presented in a succinct, informative abstract with expert commentary on its clinical application.

Evidence Based Medicine Tool Kit
A collection of tools for identifying, assessing and applying relevant evidence for better health care decision-making.  The appraisal tools are adapted from the Users' Guides series prepared by the Evidence Based Medicine Working Group and originally published in JAMA.

A comprehensive database of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines and related documents produced by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, in partnership with the American Medical Association and the American Association of Health Plans-Health Insurance Association of America.

Natural Medicines Comprehensive Database
Gold standard for evidence-based, clinical information on natural medicines.

Natural Standard
