BMJ Updates
 BMJ Publishing Group and McMaster University's Health Information Research Unit are collaborating to provide access to current best evidence from research, tailored to individual health care interests, to support evidence-based clinical decisions.  All citations (from 110+ premier clinical journals) are pre-rated for quality by research staff, then rated for clinical relevance and interest by at least 3 members of a worldwide panel of practicing physicians.  Includes a searchable database, email alerting system and links to selected evidence-based resources.

Centre for Evidence Based Medicine
The goal of this website is to help develop, disseminate, and evaluate resources that can be used to practise and teach EBM for undergraduate, postgraduate and continuing education for health care professionals from a variety of clinical disciplines. CINAHL Plus (Cumulative Index to Nursing & Allied Health Literature)
* Provides authoritative coverage of the literature related to nursing and allied health. Cochrane Collaboration
The Cochrane Collaboration is an international, non-profit, independent organisation, established to ensure that up-to-date, accurate information about the effects of healthcare interventions is readily available worldwide. It produces and disseminates systematic reviews of healthcare interventions, and promotes the search for evidence in the form of clinical trials and other studies of the effects of interventions.

National Guideline Clearinghouse
A comprehensive database of evidence-based clinical practice guidelines and related documents produced by the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality, U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, in partnership with the American Medical Association and the American Association of Health Plans-Health Insurance Association of America.

Natural Medicines Comprehensive Database
Gold standard for evidence-based, clinical information on natural medicines.

Natural Standard
A research team systematically gathers scientific data and expert opinions for each covered therapy.  Validated rating scales are used to evaluate the quality of available evidence.  Information is incorporated into comprehensive monographs which are designed to facilitate clinical decision making.
