Document Delivery Password

This form allows you to use the new NIH Library document request feature. It is not tied to the Loansome Doc system. Your userid for this system is your NIH ID number typically in the form of 0010102890 as it appears on your NIH ID without the dashes.

All new accounts have the password set to the word "password". So the very first time you use this form, you would enter your NIH ID number and the word "password". Then you can change the password to anything you wish and use that new password in the future.

This system is also tied to the NED (NIH Enterprise Directory) and requires that you be authorized for Library services in your NED record. FTE's at NIH are automatically authorized for Library services. If you are a contractor, Fellow, volunteer, etc.. at NIH ask your Administrative Officer to authorize you for Library services in your NED record. Within 24 hours you will be able to use our services including document delivery. It is up to your AO to authorize you for service.
